Disney Plus: A Breakdown of Price, Channels, and Features

Disney has finally released details of their latest service, Disney Plus. It is an on-demand streaming service that will be available for $6.99 per month and $69.99 annually (with a 7-day free trial). This blog post will talk about what you need to know, including the release date, pricing, features and more!

Features of Disney plus

The Disney plus sverige will cost $69 per year or $12.99 monthly, which is cheaper than Netflix’s current price ($13/mo). However, Disney claims their productions are not as expensive (which makes sense since they own some pretty big studios, like Marvel and Pixar!). This means they have a deeper library but can’t afford to put out new stuff at the same frequency as other streaming services.

The service can be accessed through your computer or smartphone but will also have its Disney Plus device. This is a streaming box that you connect to your TV to watch the content on it (but for now, there are no details about price, so we’ll just assume it’s $99).

One of the best features has got to be their original programming! They’ve already lined up some huge stars like Miley Cyrus and Reese Witherspoon with plans including over 15 exclusive shows.

There will be many Disney classics available on the service, from their animated films to Pixar titles and even Marvel. They’ve also made deals with Fox (including “The Simpsons”) and Warner Brothers for some exclusive content that has yet to be revealed. The more recent stuff, however is going to cost you extra. It’s either $72 per year or an additional monthly fee, depending on what kind of plan you pick when signing up. Of course, this includes everything in this list: TV series like “This Is Us.” and movies such as Spiderman Homecoming, so there are benefits to having both!

Walt Disney Company CEO Bob Iger -Disney Plus will have about 7000 episodes of television shows at launch. However, they plan to have up to 7000 more episodes by the end of 2020, so you won’t want content anytime soon!

The service will launch with about 500 Disney films. However, since they are adding new ones each year, this number is expected to grow quickly. This means that there isn’t a shortage of movies on it.

Disney Plus has already set deals with many big-name actors and directors like Reese Witherspoon (who’s producing over 20 different shows), Kevin Hart (he’ll be hosting an exclusive standup special), Nicole Kidman (“Tangerine” director Sean Baker is creating something original for them too!) as well as Ryan Coogler who helmed “Black Panther” and its upcoming sequel “Wakanda Forever: A CUlture’s Revenge.”

Disney Plus is expected to be even bigger than other streaming services like Netflix and Hulu since they own the rights to all their Marvel movies and various original titles. This could potentially make it a direct competitor with those two (especially considering that Disney will pull its content from them once the service launches).

We hope that this was helpful!
